One can apply for a refund before taking 2 Sessions. After taking 2 Sessions, a refund is not applicable. 

Digital Products and Courses: Non-refundable due to the nature of downloadable content.

Workshops and Events: Refunds (if any) are governed by the event registration terms provided at the time of booking.
